Open an image of 900x600
My colors foreground#adb7da, background#566898
Select/Select all
Open the background image
Edit/Copy

Return on your work, Edit/Paste in the select
Select/Select none
Open my images bridge-beach..............
Place them harmoniously as on the model
Open the tube "Cloud", Place it on the top right
Open the tube "Emy", Place it on top right
Open the woman tube, make a drop shadow at your convenience
If everything seems correct merge the visible layers
Image/Add borders/2 background color
Select/Select all
Image/Add borders/30 foreground color
Effect/Effect 3D/Drop shadow 0/0/80/20

Select/Invert
Effect/Alien Skin Eye Candy 5/Textures/Weave

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Image/Add borders/2 white
Select/Select all
Image/Add borders/30 white
Select/Invert
Fill with the next gradient

Effect/Graphic Plus/Cross Shadow (default)

Effect/Graphicplus/Quick Tile 1 (default)

Select/Select none
Image/Add borders/30 white
Select/Invert
Fill with the same gradient
Effect/Toadies/What are you (60/60)

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Keep the selection
Effect/AAA Frame/Foto frame
